FABRICATION AND MANUFACTURING

AET's welding and fabrication team is as experienced in working with carbon steel, all types of inconel, hastalloy, aluminum, titanium, zirconium as well as numerous forms of heat resistant stainless steel and other nickel alloys. As an ASME Code facility certified to build pressure vessels, weld integrity and quality is critical to our success. All our welders are ASME Code certified, and they are trained and tested for weld integrity and quality on a consistent basis. All materials used are traceable to their source in accordance with ASME code requirements.

Our versatility extends from fabricating simple parts to complex parts and assemblies utilized by NASA. We can fabricate parts and assemblies from client drawings, as well as reverse-engineer and fabricate parts from samples. Parts fabricated vary in thickness from a few thousands of an inch to several inches, and in length and diameter from a few inches to several feet.
